Got to get out there and give a heads up to the manager over at Red Lobster. I ordered the lunch special and it was not as good as it normally is they brought me two orders and it was still the same not that it was bad it just wasn't as good as it normally is. The manager came right over to me and asked me about it. he then took care of my bill with his apologies. The manager at Red Lobster is a fabulous guy the service was exemplary it was just an odd day for the fish. I totally recommend Red Lobster

I ordered lobster here (yes I know in North Dakota, but seemed safe as it is in the name of the chain after all). I lobster in the dish was overcooked, rubbery, and unpleasant. The rest seemed typical for the chain. Paying $30 for a pasta dish should include edible lobster...

First the host couldn't seat us without the manager's assistance. We asked for table instead of a booth. A server commented "seriously" as we walked by, wonder what that's about. No one came to the corner table to help us for nearly 15 minutes. Others seated after us were immediately greeted. We walked out. I expect better from a higher priced restaurant.

Been here several times and the service and food is always good. The total of your meal really depends on what you eat. My family usually spends $8 - $15 per person which isn't bad considering what you get.

This is one of my choice. Used to like Linguini Alfredo every time went there, but now I never order it. Berry Mango Daiquiri is my favorite drink. Keep this in mind, steamed plain lobster is always the best choice, you will know whether it's fresh lobster or not. Because I got a lobster, one of the new dish that red lobster offering, they tastes weird, so I doubt I got something not fresh. Just my personal opinion, not a big deal.

I've been here a couple times since I moved to Grand Forks. The first time the lobby was empty and we had to go find a host. Both times, however, there was no wait and we were seated quickly. They always have specials which are enough food for two people. Everything I have had is hot and fresh and the service is fast. I would give 5 stars but part of their intro when taking your drink order is to ask you why you're eating there tonight. We don't usually have a special reason so it's just awkward. Last time I just said I was hungry. Besides that the food and service are both great. I love the coconut shrimp. They also have pineapple grilled shrimp that comes with a pineapple pico that is delicious.

A red lobster is a red lobster. But this is the only Red lobster in like 40 miles so there is always a wait!!! We had a party of over 6, why could they not take reservations for that? I don't get it. So we waited for an hour, no where else to go really. I got the king crab, I think they gave me well over 1 1/2 pounds, and that's great I ate it all up. I do like their shrimp bruschetta and their margaritas are huge! We usually end up going here every time we go back to Grand Forks. Very limited city though more restaurants pop up every now and then.

Darden Restaurant chain establishment. This Red Lobster was not up to the chains normal standard the evening we went. The waitress was surly and smart mouthed. When our entrees arrived they were all (4 meals) overcooked and dried out. The shrimp was cooked to rubber, lobster tails dry, and snow crab steamed to the point of stringiness. My salmon was dry and overcooked, my wife's trout entree, which is usually delicate and succulent, was dried out to the point of being wooden. I love fried calamari, but there should always be a mix of rings and tentacles. There was not one tentacle piece on the platter, but there were rings cut to look like them, very disappointing. To be fair as formula restaurants go, Red Lobster usually serves 3-4 star food, (more stars for people who don't know what a great Maine seafood joint is like), generally the same one place to the next. This place was really having a bad night. To be fair, the manager did refund our meal costs, not the the cocktails charges, as they were okay.
